Made with Macabeo, Parellada and Xarelo, aged in Priorat barrels for 6 months

xalo vermouth whose mother resides in our barrel since 2011 when we opened

Made from Malvasía and Macabeo grapes from the Celler del Minifundi Microvines. Macerated for 45 days with 35 botanicals from the Mariola and Benicadell mountains.

Made mainly with chamomile from the historic wineries Angioletti and El Toro 100% Palomino Fino
